Building a Neighborhood One family at a Time!
Dear Friend of the Swan House:
As a key member of your organization/company, please help us make a difference!
It is the mission of The Swan House to make a difference for a family and a neighborhood, building pride, hope, and a spirit of shared accomplishment. By supporting educational attainment and neighborhood development, The Swan House Initiative empowers youth, families, and communities
Your ‘donation’ will also help build a new home on an empty city lot as well help volunteers mostly young people receive a valuable lesson in civic responsibility (not to mention lessons in framing, wiring, plumbing, drywall installation, ect). Thus they are more likely to contribute time to other civic causes in their neighborhoods and communities. Everybody wins. What a tremendous impact on the community!
Please help the Swan House and its volunteers pursue their dream of an education for those who cannot find a way out on their own.

Both are Wisconsin not-for-profit corporations, and are classified under the Internal Revenue Service as exempt under IRS code section 501(c) 3. Therefore donations from individuals, corporations, as well as grants from private foundations qualify for the maximum tax benefit allowable.
